If you did not purchase Protected Checkout, contact us using our Contact Form to report issues.
Claims on non-protected orders may not be approved.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery issue.
Lost, stolen, or damaged items covered under Protected Checkout will be reviewed and either replaced or refunded.
Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
