The following bullet points describe the items not covered by 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty:  

• Normal wear and tear of product use; 
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes, your pets damage to the product
• Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
• Product that has been modified or altered
• Leather has rings from a MagSafe charger
• The Warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen Products
