Do your products come with a warranty?Updated 7 months ago

Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the day they were bought when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. 

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind with coverage extending solely to original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship.

Instances resulting from abuse, misuse, exposure to excessive heat, liquids, sand, or other contaminants, or acts of nature, such as floods, droughts, earthquakes, or other natural disasters, are not covered by this warranty. Lost or stolen products are also not eligible for replacement under this warranty.

We recommend 1 card per slot and not to overstuff any pockets. If you do put more cards in there than recommended, the leather can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials. 

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your BlackBrook case through our website.
