Do your products come with a warranty?Updated 7 days ago

Orders placed on or after July 1, 2026 are covered by a 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, when used under normal conditions and for the intended purpose. Discontinued items are covered for 90 days. Final Sale items are covered for 30 days against manufacturing defects only. Tempered glass and screen protectors are not covered, as these are consumable accessories. Check the product page for the specific warranty term on each item.

Orders placed before July 1, 2026 remain covered under the warranty term shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, overstuffed card slots or pockets, or products that have been modified or altered in any way. We recommend 1 card per slot and not overstuffing any pockets. Overstuffing can stretch the leather out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.

To submit a warranty claim, the product must have been purchased directly through blackbrookcase.com. Proof of purchase is required. A $10 domestic or $30 international fee applies to approved warranty claims to cover replacement shipping. Start your claim or register your product through our Warranty Center.
